Company Overview

Bedford Technology® LLC is a privately held company with solid experience in the design and manufacture of quality products. We take pride in our quality and our service commitment to our customers.

The company was started in 1992 to design and manufacture packaging equipment which utilized tie material and to produce plastic lumber products from recycled plastic refuse. Since then, Bedford Technology® has steadily grown in both areas. Today, Bedford Technology® is recognized as one of the most experienced and reliable manufacturers in the recycled plastic lumber industry.

In 1998 Bedford Technology®, LLC moved to new facilities at 2424 Armour Road. A state of the art production facility was added in 2000 for plastic lumber production at the Armour Road location. ForeSite Designs™, a division of Bedford Technology® was established in 2002. Park Avenue® and Park Scapes™ site furnishings offer two distinct styles of benches, seats, picnic tables and trash receptacles. This division creates some of the most stylish yet functional outdoor plastic furniture in the industry and the recycled content is environmentally friendly. A new materials facility was constructed in 2008 on separate property nearby in order to better process materials for use in production of plastic lumber products.

The size of our workforce has grown to over 70 full, and part-time employees. We have a fully equipped machine shop with CNC capacity. We have the ability to make all the parts and a large portion of the equipment needed for our own production needs as well as the custom packaging equipment.

Bedford Technology®, LLC can offer plastic lumber products in more than 35 profiles, 15 color options, and has the unique ability to manufacture custom shapes and sizes. A CNC router provides ability to offer superior design and routing capability for projects requiring custom fabrication.
